Day of the event services include two meetings (2 - 3 hours) with a personal event coordinator.
We will provide you with a list of recommended vendors, attend the rehearsal and direct the setup
of the ceremony and reception. On the day of the event your coordinator will make it possible for
you to relax and enjoy your special celebration. We will greet you vendors, oversee the day and
assure you that the contracts you agreed to are met with perfection. This package is priced on a flat fee rate.
